Republican’s Efforts on Rebranding Meet the Roadblocks

The GOP has been trying to reposition its party after the 2012 election but its efforts to rebrand itself are running into roadblocks on the Hill as lawmakers are pressing restrictions that defy the goal of reaching out to women, minority voters and young people. Republican strategists have urged changes within the party but the GOP members seem oblivious to the results of 2012.
